How does the free tier work?
Upload one approval document and see condition extraction in action — no card required, no time limit. You get a read-only compliance register with risk classification and PDF export. Upgrade to Professional when you need evidence logging, subcontractor packs, and full project management.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Yes — Professional and Team plans include a 14-day free trial. You only get charged at the end of the trial, and you can cancel anytime before then with no obligation.
Can I switch plans mid-project?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time — changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're only charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the credit is applied to your next billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything before cancelling — all conditions, evidence, and audit packs. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted.
Do you offer government or education pricing?
Yes — get in touch and we'll work out the right arrangement. Most government teams end up on the Team or Enterprise tier with annual billing.
