claused. is a compliance tracking platform that uses AI to extract conditions from project approval documents and provides tools to track, manage, and report on compliance status. The service is provided by Claused Pty Ltd.

You agree to use claused. only for lawful compliance tracking purposes. You must not upload documents you do not have the right to process, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform.
3. AI-generated content
claused. uses artificial intelligence to extract and categorise conditions from your documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI-extracted conditions should be verified by a qualified professional before relying on them for compliance purposes. claused. is a tool to assist compliance management, not a substitute for professional advice.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of all documents you upload and data you create on the platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we process and store your data.
5. Service availability
We aim to provide reliable access to claused. but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
6. Payment and billing
Free accounts are subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed as specified at the time of purchase. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, claused. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
